Buddy's is a great place to shop they have nice stuff new and old the only thing about them the staff do not communicate well I made a phone call asking them to work with me on a payment and the gentleman on the phone was very respectfully and nice and we made arrangements for my next payment but the very next day the manager calls me and tells me that I have to make a payment after we made arrangements to pay the next time I get paid I'll just have to pay double .. at that point I had no money left because of all the other bills that was due the man on the phone was very rude and disrespectful I will not be going back to buddy unless I have it in cash because they will not work with you when renting to own
The staff are always so sweet and accommodating. Our family loves doing business with them. They always make sure that we leave happy.
Great place to shop for furniture and also if they dont have what you need they will do whatever it is to get it in and make sure their customers are always happy and satisfied
I walked into the store looking around for a kitchen table and the employee helping was really nice trying to get a lower price on the furniture. I noticed a few buffs and scratches on the table and chairs and they told me that it would be fixed when they delivered to my house. The stains from the chair were cleaned but the table was fixed by using a marker that didn’t match the actual color of the table. I enjoyed my time at the store but the final product is not what I was promised.
I had gone there just to pay my sisters account and left with items that I was needing for little to nothing. The staff was a great help especially Covie and L. The atmosphere is very inviting and they will do their best to help you with what ever your need is. Thanks guys.
