Welcoming to all customers. Has a comfortable family feel about the place. Sale associates are on point, but not overly aggressive in trying to force a sale.
The service I experienced in your Moultrie store was beyond exceptional! Mr. Willie was perfectly attentive without being intrusive. His knowledge of the mattress sets and adjustable frames were so helpful. I bought my set from him because of his service. I appreciate you, Mr. Willie. Went in there to buy a couple of recliners, then wound up taking up a few more hours looking up other furniture with the salesman (Shane). Not once did he lose his patience and he was nothing other than professional. Got to say this was the best time I have had furniture shopping, definitely going to shop there again.
The prices were good, but the communication was lacking. My order was delayed by two weeks and then sent to the wrong town. I only found this out, and found out that it finally had arrived, when I called three times. It would have been nice to have been kept in the loop more. One note: Shane did call me once to let me know when the order was being sent to the correct town.
I went into the store in Moultrie to find some new recliners. Mr. Willie Palmore greeted me promptly and directed me to the recliners. He answered my numerous questions and also measured the chair for me that I was interested in. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would request Mr. Palmore in the future as he was pleasant and his customer service skills superb!!!!
