Waiting two months for the third piece of a three-piece sectional to arrive

I'm going to have to agree with every 1 Star review below nothing but problems from Ashley.nnPlease, do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.nnWhile I'm the store, we were told delivery would take two weeks, The next day we received a delivery confirmation email for 6 weeks later.nnFurniture was delivered and damaged.nThey would not take it back, but instead said they would have a technician out in a week to fix the furniture.nnThat was okay with us because we weren't living in the house at the time it's a brand new purchase.nnI took the scheduled day off work. The week came and on the schedule day no one arrived. We called them and they said no appointment had been scheduled.nnNow it will be another 6 weeks before a technician comes out... If anyone actually shows up, which at this point I'm starting to doubt will actually happen.nnin the meantime if they said it looked like we used to the furniture while it was in our house that they would not fix or replace it.nnPeople at customer support are incredibly rude, and absolutely unhelpful, and are apparently dishonest when they say they schedule something or not really scheduling anything.nnthey have my money so they don't care anything about me or the furniture that they provided.nnI would say it's a joke but it's not funny at all.nnI really wish I would have read and paid attention to all of the other one star reviews before I made this purchase, because they are accurate.

Went to store today to buy a small couch for small apartment after Rooms To Go failed to show up with couch purchased 2 months ago. Sales associate Heather helped us find a suitable piece that fit the budget. She was very polite, helpful, informative, and patient with us. Definitely ask for Heather! Hoping delivery is timely and without damage.

In and out in a snap! Dylan, my sales person was so knowledgeable, professional and courteous! I was pressed for time and described to him what I was looking for, he know the inventory so well that he honed in on exactly what I needed. I made my first purchase with Dylan a few months ago and made sure I asked for him for this shopping experience! The store is well laid out and beautiful.!

Furniture shopping could become very stressful but the 'right' sales associate can make all the difference. For me, that person was Lana Ayers. Her cheerful personality, passion for what she does, patience and willingness to assist with options made my experience a pleasant and successful one. Thank you, Lana, you deserve the five stars.
