My Wife and I just love this store. We bought a couch, love seat, recliner, coffee table, two lamps and two end tables for our family room last summer. We went back and bought a table for our foyer. Last week we purchased a sectional for our living room. We couldn’t be any more pleased than we were with the service we received. Cindy was so patient we us and we weren’t the easiest customers to deal with. If you want fantastic looking furniture that’s well made, please see Cindy at the Kennesaw store on Barrett Parkway. She’s the BEST!!

I went in to buy a chair and a half for my mom and a recliner for my dad at the Kennesaw location. Not knowing it would take months to get in. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I left happy because I needed the chairs immediately. He went as far to ask his manager could I purchase the chair and a half off the showroom floor. Usually they don't do that because it be the only one in stock. Those chairs have to be ordered. To make a long story short. The manager said yes and both chairs will be delivered in a week. Kudos to this store for giving exceptional customer service!

The customer service representative Angelica was truly an angel. I needed a recliner for my elderly mother and she went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. She explained everything to me and was extremely patient. Im so happy my merchandise was in stock and is on the schedule to be delivered first week of March! This transaction was fulfilled via phone as I live in NY and my mom lives in GA. Thank you so much Angelica for all your assistance ud83dude18

We went in to look at Lazy Boy recliners (2), and a table for our kitchen keeping room. We needed to do this, but I didn’t want to spend the money now. We worked with Jake. He was not pushy, but very educating - and understood our needs. We pulled the trigger and are happy with our purchase of such a solid product brand with an incredible reputation. Thank you Jake! Oh, the President’s Day sale extension helped greatly...saved over $1,100

I went to the store by myself and was going to surprise my wife with 2 new recliners. After seeing how many they had, I knew I wasn't going to be able to. So I told Andrew I would need my wife to pick out her chair. So l brought my wife back a few days later and was helped by Cindy. Both representatives treated us very well. Never felt pressured and was allowed to take our time, without them standing over us. We sat in many chairs and when we had questions, they were close by to answer. I very much appreciated that. It made the purchase very comfortable. Thanks Andrew and Cindyn(Hope I got his name right)
