I’m disabled & Wendy Jackson did a phenomenal job of accommodating my Disability. She carried us from recliner to recliner & found the one that would best suit my needs because I will need to be able to sleep in the chair with my feet elevated higher than my head due to my feet swelling if my feet are LOWER than my head. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience & we got a good price on the chair but thankfully that’s a rooms to go promise. We will be back & we will be working with her & only her. Thank you SO much Wendy!!!

Upon entering the Rooms To Go store we were greeted by Ron (store sales associate) he made us feel like we had entered into a warm and cozy home. He was so accommodating, pleasant and concerned about what we desired in order to make our new house a home. He allowed me and my husband to browse the store at our leisure without any pressure. He then came back to us after a while to check on us. We never had to find him, he was always close by. He took his time to explain and demonstrate the furniture items, sales and prices. He made sure to provide us with everything we needed and desired. In the end we were very satisfied with his assistance and professionalism. We will be returning to this store in the future and if Ron is still there we will ask for him every time. We recommend that anyone looking for furniture in the area visit the Kennesaw location and ask for Ron. Thanks Ron!

This Rooms2Go Location is very nice and the showroom is huge. Upon walking in I was happily greeted by an associate by the name of Liz. She was very nice and politely told her we were browsing, so she said she would check up on us later. We browsed for a few minutes and Liz came by and checked on us again. I was happy she came over because with a showroom that big it could be overwhelming. Also we normally do not speak to anyone right from the jump because pushy salespeople annoy me, but Liz was not like that. This experience was stress free. Liz personally walked me around the store and showed us many options based on our price point, which was very important because we were on a budget. She also did not get offended when we chose to browse on our on again, overall we ended up finding exactly what we needed and I will definitely be back.

We found the couch we wanted online and decided to go to the store to see it for ourselves before we made a purchase. While at the store we were greeted by the nicest man. Angel was very helpful and informing on everything we had questions on. At the end of the day we were just going to go home and purchase the couch online, but we felt Angel deserved the credit for selling the couch so we decided to purchase it through him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy furniture at Rooms to Go.

Allen was are sales rep.nnHe was extremely professional and provided us over the top customer service, by farr the best customer service I have ever received in my life!!!nnAllen was very knowledgeable of all the Rooms To Go Furniture and Policies and treated myself and my finance with such kindness and compassion as well as he was VERY patient. I am 9 months pregnant and he made sure I was comfortable and relaxed.nnAllen deserves a raise and others can really learn from his valued customer service ud83dudc4fnnJob well done Allen....we will be referring ALL are friends and family.
