I have been buying furniture in Rooms to Go for 12 years and less than a year ago we bought a Sofia Vergara dining table set. In less than a year my daughter spilled milk and the milk got inside the glass. I lifted the glass and cleaned it right away. Three days after the spill happened the table got a huge mold black stained. How can the quality of the wood be good if after one spill which happens all the time when you have kids the table got in such bad condition?! We tried to replaced it under the warranty and Rooms to Go denied it. We bought the insurance from Guardian and they denied it too because spills are not covered. One reason I bought the warranty was because the salesperson told me that it was a good idea to bought the warranty when you have kids because accident happens. Never in my life I am buying from Rooms to Go again and that is a lot coming from me that I have been a loyal customer for so many years.

Placed 2 orders, waiting over 2 months for both. When 1st order arrived, our headboard was damaged in 3 different places (chips, scratching, and paint damage). Called and the replacement will not be ready for another month! When the truck for our 2nd order (dining set) arrived, they looked in the back of the truck and our furniture was not there... So now we have waited over 2 months for absolute garbage service and damaged furniture. Customer service seemed careless and offered nothing to correct the issues. Never using Rooms to Go again. Do yourself a favor and go to Ashley furniture.

Quality isn't that good and majority is recliners and sectionals.
