Do not order a custom chair from relax the back unless you are willing to wait for several months.
Salesperson, unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Why would someone that miserable sell chairs for back pain, obviously they must be in some pain themselves to behave so ugly. Terrible, experience ever.nnNite to owners: This afternoon’s staff needs customer service training. You should be ashamed to have such a person represent.

I bought an X3 Chair from Relax the Back. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and courteous and patient as I look around and asked questions. I have had my chair for a few days and I can tell that I made a wise purchase.
