I just had my entire downstairs done and loved it so much that I had more done upstairs. Gene was great to work with. He came out and showed me lots of choices, pricing was very clear, the installation went very smoothly. The installation team cleaned up every night and were even very sensitive to the fact that one of my sons has autism. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was placed back where it should be as soon as they could. In fact, they correctly installed my dishwasher after laying the floor. I was so thankful for that because I had never been able to figure out why it wiggled so bad. Lol. My house went from meh to wow! Very impressed with this company and all it’s staff. Very trustworthy.

Overall we decided to go with Floor covering international for the promise of customer service and quality of product. Overall We were happy with the carpet. However, it was after a discussion from the wrong carpet being purchased and offering to discount the service due to the mistake.nnThe larger issue found was when we had our hard wood floors redone in addition to the carpets. The crew that performed the service was repeatedly late and ultimately left the house an absolute mess. With stain on the floor boards and marked up walls we requested the damage was fixed before calling the job complete. The representative Gene agreed to send someone out the following week. After calling to find out when they would be out to fix the damage, The answer I was given was that because of the discount on the carpet it’s not their problem to fix the damage to my walls and floor boards because it costs too much for them. With a promise of customer service they had poor business practices.
