Serge was patiently wonderful helping my son and I get a new Chromebook. He listened to all of our needs and really steered us to the perfect decision. He even escorted us to Geek Squad and helped my 14yr old set up school and games. Memorable experience that will last my son through high school. Thanks so much Surge!

Has a lot of good things. However, a lot of things are not in the store. It is a good idea to check online for what is in store before you buy; some thing you will have to order online. For example, both times I have been to this Best Buy to purchase items, I have had to purchase what I wanted online because the items were not available to purchase in store. This includes a laptop that was on display; the price tag is still showing to this day.

Staff was helpful, we needed a new remote for my son's xbox, they were very attentive and we didn't even have to look for a staff member, they approached us and helped us with our shopping. At the register they made sure we found everything we were looking for and offered the extended warranty, explaining the benefits of the same in a way that was very informative and not like a pushy sale. Very satisfied with today's shopping experience.

Nice atmosphere, always have what I need. However, the person who helped me ( in the computer section) on this day, was impatient and made me feel weird for asking questionsnOverall, he left me with a bad taste on my mouth. They did have what I need, but I decided to take my business else where. I do love Best Buy, but on this day i would have to give them 3/5 stars.

Yesterday I experienced the worst customer service from that store. The shift manager (Priscilla) refused to take tricolor 902 hp ink cartridges that were defective and had been recalled by HP. A BEST BUY customer service employee told me to return it to my local store. The manager at the store told me she did not know what I was talking about and that in her system it did not show that there was a recall. She claimed that the cartridges were used and that she could not return them. I explained to her that I tried to clean my printer head and align the printer to make sure that it was not an issue on my hand. Then she claimed they were empty. BEST BUY need to do a better job at training their employees esp. their managers to let them know what is going on with the products that they are selling in store. There is no alignment between what the customer service employee told me to do and what I experienced at the store. I am very disappointed with this store and I will never bring my business to them again.
