Issue with porting. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware because I was able to make calls and send texts... But I couldn't receive them. Clerk, never made a test call. Because I'm sure he had no idea what he was doing. It took 5 days for my service to begin working, only with the help of someone from another store. Simply input the correct zip code... Problem solved. Verify incoming and outgoing calls before you leave the store.
