I purchased a new Metropcs cellphone on 3/31/21. I went to this location today 4/9/21 in the hopes to exchange my phone because I did not like the LG phone I was suggested to buy by a MetroPCS employee on the 31st. Even though I was in the 14-day period, I was denied! I've been a loyal MetroPCS Customer for almost a decade. Even when bombarded by other cellphone companies with their generous offers, I stayed loyal to MetroPcs. Very disappointing.
Got a great deal!!! Miguel was the person who helped me out...he was super nice and helpful...was very detailed and knew just how to explain everything to me...I will definitely go back!!!! He knows Spanish too!!!
