Wow. This is the first time I'd experience such horrible customer service. I bought a perfume a couple days ago and my boyfriend didn't like the scent. So I went back to return it and the cashier rips up the sticker and said this is not right. What do you mean??? So they got a manager and the manager said it wasn't right and the sticker is all wrinkled.... that's because the freaking cashier ripped it!!! And they explain to me saying there's another sticker underneath for more money. So eventually the manger finally after 20 mins to just give me a refund. I love tjmaxx but this location and the staff.... needs to change. Very unpleasant manners and wasted my time.

It’s a pleasant place to shop. Staffs are helpful and the store is clean. The only thing is it gets crowded during busy time and the checkout line is quite long.

I have been a Maxxinista for over a decade now. Love the place for it's bargain finds that are unique. My favorite section is the foods where I browse for international foods with a twist. My wife likes discovering new clothes with uncommon styles. We have bought several furniture pieces that have become home accents that our friends ask us about. So, there is a lot to T J Maxx...

Just terrible service. The cashier was very unprofessional and rude. They talked behind my back thinking I wouldn’t hear them. Made my whole trip to txmaxx just horrible. Never will I visit this location again.
