The service was quick and amazing. I came in the morning and the staff was amazing at the time. I was helped by an employee named Joanna who took the time to make sure my order was made perfectly. Definitely will be making this my usual Dunkin’ now just for her service.

It was January 23rd at 12:30. I was trying to order a matcha tea from the kiosk today. The gentlemen working was really nice. He was busy filling orders so when i had a question i tried to receive help from the other 3 girls who were talking. 1 was sweeping when another girl picked up a straw off the ground and placed it back among the other clean ones on the counter in a box. I understand it's in a wrapper but i don't believe they would have done that if an inspector was present. I canceled my order. It made me question the cleanliness of the establishment that had just opened.

Grand opening today giving away free coffee. Great location for a DD. The staff was friendly and gave great customer service. They also have a kiosk there where you can place and pay for your order. Coffee was fresh. I definitely recommend all the coffee drinkers out there to check this place out.

I am so excited this location as opened right outside my neighborhood! I expected some donuts to run out fast as they are a smaller location, but I do not hold that against their performance. Staff is super friendly and my orders have been correct each visit.nI read the review from the person stating she witnesses a wrapped straw be picked up from the floor and places back on the box.... Well, I believe far worse things can happen! If you want be certain safe handling of food, eat at home.

Establishment is run by a young people and they don't seem to know how to make coffee. It's never hot. Most of the time it's way too light. And how do you have a sanitation score of 87 and you've only been open 1 month? New management is needed ASAP or this location will not last long.
