All I ask for was for a receipt and the girl that took my order was being rude. At the end of the day you chose this job. You can’t take your anger out on me because whatever happened during your day. I’m just a person who wanted my receipt.

We have gone to this location FOUR times in the last week trying to get one thing - centre of the roll - and each time they have had nothing. And I mean not a thing. Empty display cases. One of the four times the two girls were making new rolls but we were told it would be at least an hour before they were ready. We did watch the girls: flirt with boys each time we stopped by, ignore other people to flirt with said boys, and offer pretzels instead of cinnamon rolls when someone asked if they had anything (they had one single cup of pretzel bites).nnThis is the ONLY location near us and it’s not even that close. We just want a damn cinnamon roll, man.

Out of everything except a few regular rolls. I had a free coupon for 4 Bonbites that I couldn't use, but they wouldn't let me use it for a regular till, even though it was the same price. Then they tried to over charge me for extra icing by claiming they didn't have change until I pressed the issue, then magically they had change.

Came here for a Cinnabon roll and a Mochalatta chill but instead got an attitude and an expired drink. There were only two people working at the time, one was clearly on their first day left alone by themselves up front and the other lady wearing red which I’m guessing was the manager, was nowhere to be seen. Poor customer skills is an understatement. When I tried to return my drink for a refund, the lady’s response was “but it’s made fresh every morning” as if that were magically make my drink taste not disgusting. It honestly seemed like both of them were on their first day since neither of them had enough training to handle a simple job.nFix your attitudes or leave them at home y’all!
