I needed a m&m cake for a birthday party and I didn’t get it ordered in time for the 2 hour window before they closed. I called and explained the situation and they accommodated my order regardless of me being late and I was able to pick my cake up right on time. The staff was very nice and I appreciated them getting this done for me.

My best friend and I have been enjoying Great American Cookies for 25 years! We were so excited to get double doozies for our family! When we went to checkout the manager would not give us the price clearly on the menu! He said he did not know how to give us that price ud83eudd28 We were so disappointed and left without our cookies! This is unacceptable and they need new management STAT!!

Went in today on our way out of the mall and purchased 10 cookies, got out to the car and they smelled and tasted like disinfectant. We went back in, and were told we were the THIRD customers to complain about the cleaner taste. They replaced them with cookies from the back and assured us they hadn’t been out. Shame on us for not trying them until we left, because they also smelled and tasted of Lysol. Won’t be stopping by here again unfortunately.

Ordered a cake 3 days ahead. It wasn't ready at the time listed on my order. Was told it would take 15 minutes. Came back in 30 minutes, and when she showed me the cake it said someone else's name. My cake still wasn't made. Nobody offered an apology or seemed to care. Disappointed.
