It’s unfortunate that this company has false advertisement claims. “Freshness: Our secret ingredient “ is sadly an incorrect representation of the pretzel bites that are served. Not only is there no warmth to the food (honestly it’s unexpectedly cool to the touch) , not even from a heat lamp, but the pretzel bites were quite hard and the cinnamon tasted off, could be from the grease that collected from the food sitting out too long. I am very disappointed and will not be getting my daily town center mall treats from here anymore.
The staff was funny and friendly, but the pretzels were cold.
Poor customer service. Ordered pretzel bites with cheese. Took my money then we asked about cheese and they were out. Wouldn't have ordered pretzels if you were out of cheese. Only drink they had to offer was Dr. Pepper. When I got to my car the Dr. Pepper had zero carbonation and tasted awful. If you don't have stuff to offer the customers, then don't open or at minimum let the customer know ahead of time.
Horrible, we received burnt, nasty, hard pretzels. Quality heads truly gone down.
They are the best pretzels in town for sure!! The cinnamon flavored ones are so good. Get them warmer with a hint of butter..never go back to regular pretzels. The service is quick and the employees are nice. They are kind and are one step ahead. The location is at town center mall..towards the back of the store near Nordstrom I believe
