This location either needs an upgraded sound system for the drive through or more training. I don't write this to put down the employees at all, and maybe they were just having a rough morning. I used to work at Starbucks, so I understand those days, which is why I'm giving three stars instead of one. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding with my drink this morning, and I didn't want to try to correct it a second time when they didn't understand my first correction, so I then headed over to Starbucks across the street for a shot if espresso to fix my drink from here. This was my first time at this location, and I won't be back.

Normally this place is spectacular and I'd rate it 5 stars every single day of the week, however lately quality and performance has sunk below what I find acceptable, and I am a very patient individual. The employees I always used to see seem to have been washed out and there needs to be a change in my opinion. Today I tried to order a standard Caramel Iced Latte. They told me that it's the caramel craze and upcharge me rather than making a large iced latte with two pumps of caramel, yet proceeded to inform me they're the same. It's 40 cents more. Not much but I order every day from there and it adds up fast. Please, bring your quality back up so that I can enjoy my experience here again, and not have to pray my coffee is right this time. Thank you. Other than that nice people who try hard. My best guess is they're just misinformed.

I ordered a dollar Americano coffee per a promo they are having. Did not provide a bag for my danish. Or the caramel for the coffee. I returned the coffee and it appeared they were aware of the lack of caramel. The manager put some in the same cup I returned.

The employees seem apathetic. I rarely go to this location, but when I do it's because it is close to home and I get sugar cravings. I ordered a small caramel iced coffee. I asked for sugar, but I couldn't taste it in the drink. I decided to add some at home, so I decided to remove all the ice. After doing that, there was only a 10th of iced coffee left in the cup. How? I only had two sips on the way home!!! I felt cheated. I may have to think again before returning.
