The tables were dirty but one of the managers explained they were finishing the lunch rush and just hadn't gotten to it yet. She promptly sent someone out to clean them right away. Other than that fantastic service. The young lady preparing the food trays even brought my second tray to the table after I told her I could only take 1 at a time due to having chest surgery 3 weeks ago. She then went on to explain table service is always available if we request it and it was no problem at all. I love this Panera location (Barrett Pkwy and Cobb Pkwy). I will be a loyal customer.
Don't waste your time or money. These kids do not care. Waited 20 minutes for the wrong order. Replace the wrong order with subpar food. Returned for our money back. They were happy to throw the wrong sandwich away for a refund. Will never return here.
This place was good but the only down side was when I ordered the French bread pizza everything was falling off but other than that it was good.
This Panera in Kennesaw on Barrett Parkway is a little short on outlets to plug in my laptop, but the coffee is hot and the staff behind the counters are friendly! If there were more tables/booths with access to electricity, it would get 5 stars.
Came in a few days ago ordered a soup and ended up with food poisoning... I don’t know what happen but it’s the only thing I ate that day and I’ve felt like I’ve been dying ever since Wednesday.. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location!
