Insomnia Cookies

I am never the type of person to write reviews, but I am really disappointed in my experience at this place. We placed an online order and within 2 minutes staff called to say they could not complete part of our order and needed to substitute, which was fine. However, when we arrived we were met by extremely rude staff. As we walked in, staff were on their phones. They were very impatient and had a very apparent attitude towards us. When we were able to get our order, we did not receive over half of our order, which was $25. The staff was so rude, however, we decided it would be better to ask customer service for a refund than to return into the store for the rest of the order. Although I did think it was expensive, I was willing to pay the price if we received quality cookies. As if we weren’t disappointed enough, the cookies weren’t even great. They were very inconsistent. Some were grossly over cooked and crispy, while we had another deluxe that was undercooked and doughy still. The only one we had that was actually baked right was very average in taste. You could get the same from a grocery store bakery. Overall, I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location and I hope that their management will work on the very apparent disconnect in staff. (Customer service was very quick and great to us, so I do think this is a location issue.) Other reviews also seem to have the exact same problem with staff, so this seems to be their normal.

I typically don’t write reviews, but this one deserved one.... We listened to the hype of this place, so we tried it today. First and last time... cookies were cold when we opened the box in the parking lot. Went back in... one worker said “they seem warm to me” and threw the cookie box down on the counter. The other worker advised that they would bring me warm cookies. Wouldn’t you know it... the new cookies were cold too. Maybe they are missing the concept of Warm Cookies. You might want to “Sleep” on Insomnia Cookies. Pun intended... I will stick with Tiff Treats.

They don't really mention how big the cookies are. If you don't like cookies then stay away from here. The cookies are dangerously soft and enjoyable. This place creates an immediate addiction. Be careful not to order too much. But if you you want to splurge then they have both butter cream and cream cheese icing. If you are trying to get diabetes then you can rest assured that eating hear every day will get you to your goal! I've never had cookies this good.

Expensive for what they offer(no prices on website) guess this could be due to company benefits for employees I don’t know but it’s typical. Don’t expect anything great unless you get one of their even higher priced “specialty” cookies, ice cream is small for $5 or more, smaller variety than what I had expected of somewhere that’s whole deal is cookies. Don’t expect for this to be a late night thing as they close at 1 not 3 this could be due to the location being newer, but almost got there too late(12:30) and they were missing some cookies despite still displaying them and having a wait for others. However one guy was quite nice and helpful even giving us a free cookie due to them not having what we came for. Overall not a great experience but not bad either. Whiskey cookie was pretty good but again, not worth the price.

It's warm cookies ud83cudf6a. I had the double chocolate they were awesome. The staff member was nice and professional. I'll definitely be back to satisfy any cookie cravings I have.
