Nice to visit and experience real customer service but mostly purchase furniture that you don't have to assemble! I have purchased many items from this store and very pleased with the value of my purchases, delivery and set up, but customer service that follows through on helping you.
Delivery men ripped my phone line down from my house with there truck an said it wasn't there problem. Also scuffed up my newly finished hardwood floor by sliding my furniture around on it instead of lifting it. Not happy !!!!!
The sales representative Eriona was very helpful, informative and friendly.
Quite pricey for items not to be grouped for sales but associate was nice
We have always been treated wonderfully by Robert Dawkins and his staff. Wonderful people and reasonable, but not cheap quality furniture.
