I can't resist temptation. It's also very good. They always get my food and coffee right and they are quick in the drive through.

I went on 3/18/21 at 645am. Two cars in front of me pulled off. When I pulled up to place my order, which the light was on the menu, an employee never said anything. So I drove around to the window, I saw at least 3 employees standing around with the lights off inside. POOR service because noone bothered to say the store is behind in opening or having technical issues.....NOTHING. Never let your customers wait for service without saying anything to them!

this is the worst dunkin on earth they don’t answer the phone the workers seem like they would rather die than work there and they never get my order right. a shame that this dunkin’ is still in business. absolutely repulsive. would rate it 0 stars if I could

Hands down worst Dunkin in the state of Georgia. I have visited this particular one 6 times. Not once have i had my order made correctly. After the third visit i just kept going to see if they’d ever get it right. Tonight i got a sweet tooth and i went for the 6th and final time. Mostly just out of curiosity to see if they would have all they’re supplies and successful complete my order. They did not. My personal opinion is if you really want dunkin drive to Macon. The one on riverside is tremendous.

Before I even start, I work at a restaurant and I know how it works and I try to give the Benefit of the doubt. I don’t know if there is something wrong with the app when ordering online or if it’s the people. However, every time I order there they always only give me half my order. The first time they were busy and the girl seemed new and I was running late for class so I just let it go, then it happened a second time and I was a little irritated. Today I ordered online, I ordered a coffee a ham egg muffin thing and two apple fritters. They almost forgot to give me the fritters again but I Checked this time. I asked for the fritters they came back and they said they only had one. Okay, fine. I ordered online it happens. I pull away and head for class. When I went to eat it I got a glazed donut and no apple fritter, I got some cinnamon donut. And the egg ham sandwich had no egg. I can understand the first couple times, more than that is not an accident it’s a pattern. I’m a college student and I don’t have the money to be paying for things I don’t get.
