Absolutely horrible service at the Milledgeville location. You are only getting 1 star because there is no ZERO star option. Phoning ahead for an order? Don't bother. It won't be ready.

I ordered an icecream cake online for this location. I went to pick it up today and no one had a clue about my order. I showed the employee what it looked like and she tried to find it in the back. She called someone and they told her let us pick out another cake and we didn't have to pay the difference. Without going into a long detailed experience they messed up the cake and once it was given to us it was already melting. I requested my money back. This was for my sons birthday which is today so we came home with no birthday cake!!!

Usually ok, but this location disappointed me today. My kids wanted some ice cream and milkshakes. So, I took them fully expecting to fulfill their request. Well, they were out of several flavors, including Vanilla. Plain Vanilla. Not some off-the-wall flavor, I'm talking Vanilla. What kind of ice cream place doesn't have Vanilla! That would be like going to a fried chicken restaurant and being told they were out of fried chicken. And, not to mention the only flavor my kids eat is Vanilla. So, no ice cream today kiddos. Sorry.

I love it so much good service and selection of treats if you want coffee, donuts, or ice cream it would be the place to go

The ice cream has was too pricy for me until my daughter showed me to the ice cream sandwich. They have a promotion on $2 gluten free brownies that are delectable! And my son says their donuts are the best!
