I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my transaction with Charles! He was so nice, gentle, and honest with my boyfriend and I. He made me feel secure about my purchase and I couldn’t have chosen any other Mattress Firm to go. Just approaching the building I already felt destined to make a purchase with him. We entered around 7:15ish and were just now leaving around 8:45pm. He didn’t rush us and he wasn’t a pushy salesman either. I highly recommend making ANY purchase with Charles I would’ve been happy just buying a $8 body pillow with him. Shop with Charles for a sincere transaction! He’s such a great guy.

I can’t believe the deal I got! Charles was so helpful and really knew his stuff. They also weren’t pushy! The store is a clearance center, so they offered me some great options that I can take home same day if I wanted. If you want a great experience and to leave with a smile on your face, these guys are the ones to see! No hassle, no fuss!

My husband and I visited mattress firm clearance/outlet yesterday after visiting five other mattress stores. We even visited a different mattress firm store. This store was amazing. There were a ton of mattress options. We were looking for an inexpensive mattress for a second home that would only be used a few times a month. But we still wanted a comfortable mattress. Charles did an excellent job finding us exactly what we were looking for because he listened to what we were wanting. He wasn’t trying to up-sale us for his own benefit. He was an excellent sales person and knew exactly what he had in his store and gave us tons of options to try. I also loved the fact that I could’ve brought it home that day if we had brought our truck because it’s actually in the store. Thank you Charles!

If I could give this place more stars I would. Charles was super helpful in me find my perfect mattress. I initially thought I wanted one mattress and after almost getting through the process, I changed my mind at the last minute. Charles had no issue with me and just wanted to make sure I got one that I liked. I’m moving down to Miami and he made sure my delivery process was smooth. Very thoughtful and knowledgeable on mattresses. We both like the same kinds so it was easy for him to assist. 10/10 would recommend.
