I really loved working with Kimberly on our first home in Florida which will always hold a special place in our hearts. She worked tirelessly to turn an empty house into a home. Nothing was too much trouble and her attention to detail was second to none. As UK citizens buying a holiday home in the Sunshine State we really didn't know the first thing about furnishing an American home but Kimberly made the whole process easy and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending her and Hudson's Vacation Interiors.

Where do I start?!n- Episode after episode of careless handling of a customer; awful customer service.n- forcefully retaining our $2000 initial payment despite us wanting to Cancel services (Before any order got finalized ) once we realized that the quality of the design services were subparn- having our overpriced furniture take over 6 weeks to arrive only to find out that half of it was missing and another portion got shipped to another locationn- having to open our home for a window treatment installer at 8 am on a Sunday as it was his only available option for 3 weeks.n- still not having our complete order even though we already paid in full over 2 months ago.nNeedless to say stay away. Much better service and pricing elsewhere.

We couldn't be happier with our long distance experience with Kimberly, Hazel and the Hudson's team. We live in Minnesota and were building a new home. Kimberly is incredibly talented and understood our wants/wishes and vision immediately. She was professional, worked with us to nail the details and make our home unique yet timeless and onnbudget. We arrived last week and everything was completed and move in ready and WOW - beautiful.nnEach room was amazing and the vision pulled off even better in person. Absolutely the best. As a Vacation Home owner 11 hours away from my property, the process of redesigning a home can be nerve racking. Not with Hudson's Vacation Interiors, Kimberly, Pat and team are the best of the best. I had nothing to worry about, and total confidence that they would get the job done and done right. I was inquiring online to buy some beds and I called by a lady from the store named Jaqueline. She was very friendly on the phone. She told me that they were having a big sale on Saturday if I would like to come check it out. Well I live 3 hours away and my husband had a mandatory meeting with work so she said if I come Sunday she will still give me the same deals. So me and my husband went that Sunday. We went in there and meet with Jacqueline . We picked out 6 bed frames and 6 night stands we were so excited all the way till Jacqueline did not want to hold up to her end of the deal. She went and priced all the bed frames and night stands for us and came back and told us before taxes it would be around $7400. Well we asked what about our discount that you said we could have if we came in today? She went to call her boss she said and we heard her she was trying to only get us a discount on the delivery. So we let her come back and talk to us again she lied and she somehow forgot she gave us the estimated price once before so she acts like she got us this big discount of I’m not kidding a $100!!! So our new price was going to be $7300!!!! We were completely mad! She is a horrible sales person! I will never ever go back to Hudson store again! I left and went to Ashley’s I bought 5 twin bed frames the night stands a vanity with bench a king size bed and to night stands that match they have power built in it as well for out the door with 5 year warranty and delivery with setup just under $3600 !!! STAY WAY FROM THAT PLACE THEY JACK UP THERE PRICE FOR NO REASON!!!
