Best service ever! Senior Sales Consultant Roger Labor, Jr took the a lot of time to show my husband and I sleeper couches, chairs, ottomans, and recliners along with the many fabric options — he printed out all of our options for us — and he did this knowing we would not be purchasing from this store, but from a Lazy-Boy in NY for an apartment there. There was no rushing, and no pressure — just amazing service. He answered all of our questions and offered great advice. We will return and definitely purchase from this store in the future when we need furniture for our Orlando apartment.

We went into the store and we're quickly greeted by an associate named Gerald. He was really friendly and answered all our questions. He worked hard to find us a chair that my husband (this is Jonathans wife writing the review) liked and that was available right away. We did not purchase then but called back a few days later and was able to get Gerald's help again (I assumed they work on commission? Not sure). He helped us and gave us a great deal!

Our last La-Z-Boy sectional was purchased lasted 15 years and it withstood two dogs. They’re comfortable couches that last. Needless to say, we went with La-Z-Boy again. I was even more impressed this time around because I feel like they offered more modern styles than years ago. The customer service at the Altamonte Springs location was superb. I did not feel pressured because there was no hyped up sale pitch and I feel like the price point is very fair for the quality. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend La-Z-Boy.

Great first experience at La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings. No pressure, very knowledgeable Assistant Store Manager, Rod was awesome. Took the time needed to pick out the perfect living room. I will be back for other needs in the future!

The service we received was excellent and attentive from the moment my husband and I walked in. Our sales associate Donna was warm, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We were undecided as to which type of furniture we wanted and were pleasantly surprised to find they carried a variety of seating arrangements that were not recliners. In the end Donna helped us put together a beautiful sectional with fabulous matching pillows. The prices were so reasonable we added a recliner to our purchase. When the furniture arrived I had my doubts it would look as good as she described. I was proven wrong. Our joint enjoyable time picking out the furniture paid off. It looks amazing! We would recommend La-z-boy to anyone looking for no pressure sales and top quality furniture.
