Poor customer service, as a repeat customer I was lied to about the stream TV boxes, they said they were out and they checked the other locations and they were out as well, so I contacted the other locations myself and they all had them in stock for way cheaper than Auburn so I got them wow how cheap and dishonest I will never go to buddy's in Auburn again, also Jessie doesn't work there no more hes awesome to bad they didn't learn any customer service skills from Jessie jeff and Paul are crooks bad way to run a business they dont deserve one star ud83eudd2e

When we first went in, they made promises. They sounded great.nWhen they delivered the furniture, late I may add, they forgot a piece. When I called in, they said they would bring it that night. They no showed. I had to call in the next day again. When they brought the piece, the delivery guys wanted to just drop it off still in the box and not assembled. Then he wanted to just drop it in the living room, instead of the bedroom upstairs.nNow I'm trying to get them to pick up the furniture, and they didn't show up yesterday. I had to call in today because he said was going to call this morning with a time. I called him at noon. He told me they would make it a priority and be here at 1:00 pm. It's now 2:00pm and they aren't here, haven't called.nnGo rent somewhere else, you'll be happier.

Buddies in Auburn is a great place to go when you need her furniture. Jessie the manager was awesome. He listen a to what I needed and did not pressure me into buying anything. James and Thomas delivered my new bed on time and were very polite. Answered all my questions. Thanks buddies for great customer service. I certainly will be getting more furniture from them in the near future

The men who helped us in the store Jesse and Chris were amazing. Also the men who delivered and set up my new stove were just as amazing.. I highly recommend the auburn Washington buddy's location for all you furniture needs.nThank you all.
