Had gone in before and the woman working was very helpful. Last night decided to upgrade my phone. The one person working was helping another customer which was fine. After waiting over 10 minutes of waiting the man working hadn't even greeted us or said hello. We left and took our business to another store down the road.
Alma helped me switch to Metro yesterday and was SO HELPFUL! Despite a slightly messy process (because I my old phone was completely dead), Alma made it as easy as possible for me to switch. The best customer service from a phone carrier I've had in a long time! Thanks, Alma!
Great service, but could use extra person behind counter.
They were rude and un knowledgeable. They did not take the time to look at my account see anything that I was talking about and cost me to lose a rebate that I was trying to get.
They always good to me when ever I come in and the ser could be a lol. More better. But all in all I luv it
