We were needing to change our cell service and they were great about scheduling us in as quickly and safely as possible. Tommy was so great! He greeted us after calling to let us know we were next to be helped. He was also knowledgeable, patient, and detailed about our new service. Would highly recommend going to this location.
Absolutely the best experience I've ever had out of all the phone companies I've gone through i will never switch. Judy helped me find a perfect phone for my work, another man helped me find all the additional accessories that i needed. I need to go back and get his name to edit this review. Great people.
I lost my phone, came to this store to replace it. The lady that I got was unhelpful. She was being unrealistic and I needed her to be human for 34 seconds. Instead of assisting me with my issue of obtaining phone she listed policies of how she can not help. I advice you to not go to this location. The two times I went to this store because it is the nearest to my house, my experience have been less then perfect. From today on I am going to the 320th location.
First time to see what the customer experience is here. Ray, the store manager took care of us with the best care and explained everything as far as costs and doing his best to help out. Ray makes the store a place to go to.
