Had the worst experience with Tmobile at this place. 45 minutes spent just trying to verify my account and I had all necessary documents with me. I wanted to make a complaint in writing, and Devin, manager, said that I can't and told me to go to another store. Complete lack of knowledge and customer service skills. Horrible place. Stay away!
Hi I experienced 100 percent customer service 8-7- is when I upgraded to a I phone from a android and then I came back to the store and had some questions and set up a password that made everything easier to use my phone the store # 2CSH the employees that helped me were Ben and Austin
Brenna helped my family get all new iPhones! This has been the best customer service I’ve received from a phone company in such a long time. She was very patient and helped us understand what we were getting into. All of our questions and concerns were answered with a breeze. I am excited for all of Sprint’s premium services!
