How hard is it to be open when you say you are. Horrible
The guy at this store is very ODD. I am very upset that Metro is now charging customers $15 to switch a device on your line!! So upset I am going to Port out. It takes NOTHING to type some numbers into the computer to switch a device. But it's not actually $15, I was charged $22 at this Milton store. The man said $15 + Tax + a $3 QPAY fee!! WTF. The man ripped me off. Don't go to this store he will get you too!!
