First time in there and never knew the store was that big plus the employees were all so helpful and very nice unlike that other store across the street.. I will definitely be shopping at O'Reilly for now on!!

The ladies weren't able to help me figure out I need a special funnel for my Ford Focus for gas treatments. Should've googled my issue before going in so I could get the funnel I still need 2 weeks later.
Christopher and David were the least helpful employees I’ve ever experienced. I won’t come back until they are fired. Christopher told my girlfriend to but deff blue into her fuel tank he even watched her do it. Once I found out I confronted him and he said he knew he had made a mistake and still had not come out to say anything. Instead he would rather hide in the back until we were back at the car and he took off to his car and left. Now they are refusing to do anything about it as of now and are refusing to let me speak to a manager or give me the managers number. They may have costed her up to 12k and don’t seem to even care. On top of everything he said he was told that we were already dealing with the situation by his manager when in fact I have not even been able to get in contact with anyone so now we are being lied too. I want this fixed and I want them fired. I will be in contact with small claims
Came in today to have my lights replaced and was helped by manager of the store David, incredibly great customer service, very professional and did all work very quickly. A special thank you David for your help and time!!!
