I love this store!!!!!!!
I visited this location yesterday on nov. 1st i was desperate for a phone and Aries was amazing he helped me not only get what i needed but what i wanted and even came in under budget. I work in the service industry and to say he was great is an understatement he went above and beyond to take care of me and i am forever greatful. Its people like him that continue to restore my faith in humanity.
I wouldn’t recommend coming here. It’s way understaffed. There was one lady there and she was helping someone when I walked in. Two other people came in also and we were all waiting to be helped. The lady was very rough around the edges to put it nicely. Not the best customer service and had the attitude like she was doing us all this huge favor for being there. There’s literally another metro right up the road and I would recommend going there instead. She was even rude to the metro customer service rep on the phone. This is my first and last experience with this store because it’s obvious they don’t push good customer service. Like she’s on the clock, she’s getting paid but I’m not lol I don’t have time to just sit and wait while she makes small talk with customers.
Great service. Switched over with ease nice deals on phone at the moment also but I didn't get one.
