T-Mobile, at least this location, has really improved their customer service over the years. I needed a SIM card upgrade for my 5G phone. The customer representative knew exactly what to do and I was out the door in minutes. He also suggested two changes to our phone plan that could save our family a bunch of money! Thanks T-Mobile for great service!

They are exactly what a customer needs when, spending their hard earned money, when not exactly sure what they want or need, and they have questions that seem silly. Wow! This is what I get for mistakenly going to this location. I was supposed to go to the kiosk in the mall but saw the store from the street and went here instead. Big mistake!nnSome slick youngsters kept trying to sell me something I really didn’t need. We went round and round for about 20 minutes until I got fed up and told him to stop. Lots of arguing, ignorance and absolutely NO INTEREST in what their customer wanted to do.nnFolks - drive by this place. There’s lots more locations and other carriers.
