Nic was such a great help! The first phone I ordered fell though at another location, I called him to see what they had, and Nic was able to get me the closest phone in stock without waiting for Christmas (back order issues). The phone still looks great with the case I already ordered for the other color, and he was able to backup my phone
Nick stayed 3 extra hours to help my mother in law try to understand the bill and he was able to help everyone involved.
