Poor customer service three employees the lady that greeted me said she was the manager one customer in front of me stood for ten minutes then the guy come over he did not know what he was doing none of them would listen to the problem I had I am a att customer for years sorry I made the switch terrible tech support and customer service

Now, I’m normally very patient as I work customer service and know how terrible it can be....nBut After spending 2 hours here being “helped” by a person who didn’t know what they were doing, I receive a letter in the mail saying I owe $290 for 2 accountsnWHICH I NEVER APPROVED OF.nnPlease note:nnI went in to see if switching to T-Mobile would be a good option for me, but after seeing how confused this girl was, along with the fact she kept pulling the manager over to help her, I decided to wait.nnSo sometime within being helped, this chick activated 2 lines under my name, with no approval, no signature, nothing.nI then proceed to call T-Mobile to solve the situation, get transferred 8 different times, and told I have to pay $185 to cancel one of the lines in general, and was questioned the whole time constantly getting asked what phone number I was calling from if it wasn’t these accounts.nnLITERALLY REQUESTING THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY NUMBER TO MAKE SURE I WASNT LYING.nnI told them that they have all the records of the activity of the 2 accounts that I didn’t even know about, and shouldn’t be asking me for my personal information when they don’t need it.nnFINALLY, aftern1) apologizing for the fact I was about to blow up on this random lady trying to help me over the phonen&n2) blowing up at this random lady over the phonennShe then cancelled the lines, saying it’ll transfer over to the other total, and told me to call back in 30 days to wipe the history and the money I owe. You know, since T-Mobile not only charged me this, but affected my chance of getting the best deal to join them, and even affecting my credit score.nnWELL,n2 weeks later, (Today) I receive a letter in the mail stating T-Mobile sent over that $290 plus the cancellation fee into collections and I now have to file a dispute that can take up to 60 days to fully process.nnSo. You know what?nNo.nNOT WORTH THE EFFORT.nIF YOU GO HERE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK AND RE CHECK EVERYTHING THEY DO.nTHANKS T-MOBILE.nTHANKS.
