I am a plus size woman making a long distance move. I was nervous about fitting in the cab because of an experience I had with the other company. We called Penske and Cheryl encouraged us to go check out the cabs. She gave us our quote in case everything was a go and Penske was indeed the best price. We went to the location at Wards towing and Michael and Ward were beyond kind and professional. We hit the right spot on the second truck and Ward made sure to help me in and out like a true gentleman. (We know to bring a step stool with us...lol) Michael made sure to encourage us to take our time up and that Penske would rather folks get to their destination in one piece. If you are looking to rent a truck and want friendly, warm, professional service I can't recommend Penske through Wards towing enough.
