Just went tonight and ordered a 3 cappuccino, regular coffee, chai, iced coffee, and a sprinkle donut without sprinkles. The regular coffee tastes like hot water with a touch of color. You can say I will never return to this location again. I was hoping after a year it would get better but it’s has actually gotten worse. The chai was okay but was half full.nnThis was a year ago response: been in awhile and just not what it use to be like years ago. Nothing wrong with donuts just different.
Not one of the numbers listed online works! One just keeps ringing and ringing and nobody answers. The other one says the number is not working? What kind of way is this to run a business? I went there the other day and complained stating that they lost a $25 order from me. It was taken nonchalantly, the girl telling me that she had mentioned it to her boss. Never mind. I’ll go to the Holiday Dunkin’ Donuts.
I live about a mile and a quarter away and I've been there twice and both times the ladies at start of me were very nice very knowledgeable very wonderful the place is clean. And I was very happy with the server on each occasion. I was there on the 14th of July at about 1
Such a great staff. Plus, Fabio was phenomenal shift manager on site. Truly appreciate him being super respectful and professional at the same time
Horrible customer service! Everyone has an attitude!! I was Very nice and respectful. There was no reason for it! Food was good.
