Went there to buy a bed room set I order one i was told i would get it in two weeks i get a call today it will take 3 months to get back log that December I canceled my order rooms to go sucks
Bought a recliner love seat on sales with no warranty.In about 2 weeks found a broken wooden frame inside the leather which salesperson never mentioned.nShipping was done by rooms to go .nThey dint take any responsibility to fix it or replace it.nI am only about 160 pounds so definitely i dint break it.nBe careful buy after thorough checking and recheck when delivered.n600$ love seat reclinern70$ delivery chargesnnWorth nothing in 2 weeks for me
horrible!! I can't believe some of the merchandise they are willing to put a price tag on. Ridiculous, I'm a scratch and dent gal, love clearance, love softly use..you get the gist but the stuff this place had needed to be thrown away. There was not refurbishing to bring it back in some cases and the price did not match the condition of the product. They need to take a long hard look and what they're trying to sell and do better.
