Food and drinks are always great. Wait times not as much. You can wait up to 30 minutes during morning rush in both the drive through or inside so I HIGHLY recommend ordering multiple minutes before you even get there on the app, and STILL be prepared to wait a bit. But they're awesome at preparing the food and drinks! Always come out right!
Best Dunkin in the area. Coffee is always perfectly made and awesome customer service. I will go out of my way to get this one and don’t mind waiting because they are always packed. I stopped going to the one on Northlake because they could never get my order right!

WORST DUNKIN STORE.. Firstly this store is busy all the time ( prime location) and they always have under staff. staff needs training about how to customer’s. Staff does not wear masks properly. I Ordered a veggie sandwich and ended up getting beef sandwich and staff did not even concern or apologize for wrong order.
