Goodness the Dunkin app is always down
Be careful with this place. Today at 9:44 i bought 4 bagels toasted with butter, 6 donuts and a large coffee. When I got home my wife and me couldn't eat the bagels due a strong odor and taste as disinfectant. Later i went to the store to tell them what happened, the employee there told me that as soon I left the store they cannot return or do anything , I asked him to call the manager and He or She said that they won't do anything that I have to accept what it is and he apologized saying that the was just an employee, I lived in this neighborhood for 30 years and I'm a customer of this place since they opened, but my experience today is so bad.I never had an experience like this in any food place.
Rafiel is the man had great service and should get a really good raise and made the line go by in no time even tho he was the only worker
Rafael that’s works at this Dunkin’ Donuts is the man and he should get a raise he was the best so dunkin give him a raise
I had a great experience with the workers especially Rafael he was very pleasant and helpful, 5/5 stars.
