First off if you need a storage unit, come here for sure! Tina and Felicia are sweat hearts, willing to help, and are really fun people to have conversations with all while maintaining professionalism. They made it super easy to understand and answered every question my husband and I had. Cant recommend it enough !!!
Felicia and Tina are always willing to go out there way to help out there cube smart customer's. One of the nicest and friendliest location. There One of hardest working lady's at cubes smart. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our storage needs.
Unsafe! My unit was burglarized at this location. Someone cut my lock and replaced it with a similar lock. Valuables gone! No other inside units near mine were burglarized. No one has access to my unit, but me. District manager is refusing to speak to me. When I went to follow up with them, the employee stated that her DM said she could not speak to me about the burglary, speak only to the police. Management has been unhelpful. The first thing they wanted to know is if I had insurance. Be careful! Visit your unit frequently.
Clean, friendly employees. I've been here over 5 years. I am disappointed that my price keeps jumping up every 6 months. Usually long term customers are grandfathered in on prices. Less work and risk keeping loyal customers happy. Versus constant turn around and empty units.
