My experience with metro storage was a very pleasant one. The online process to reserve my storage unit was people friendly and easy to use. When I visited the office, I was greeted by this very nice gentleman named Luis and he gave me excellent service. He explained everything in detail and was very polite with me. He even went as far as walking me to the unit and helping me look for a cart to carry my things. Overall it was a five-star experience, the most excellent service I have ever received at a storage location.
Very nice storage place. Professional. The staff is very and helpful. The place looks clean. Easy parking and access. The rate has been good for me. I have been renting a unit for about 3 or 4 years now (even before it became Metro...) but it is now coming to an end this month. I would definitely use them again if I needed another storage. I'm impressed!
I have a total of 5 storage units in this facility, used for both personal and business. The facility is always clean, accessibility is on point and the staff is amazing! If you’re looking for storage space, this is the place to be.
Tony was absolutely amazing! He was very understanding of my needs and made my experience with Metro self storage like no other! If I know anyone who needs a storage I will definitely be sending them to Tony at Metro self storage on West colonial!
