I come back for second unit IKIA was so nice and was able to put me back in same unit
Cube smart met my expectations with great customer service and a clean facility to store my items. I did not like the price hike of about $20 additional dollars, after about 4 months of using this facility. I would recommend for short term use only.
This had to have been the worst experience. I went to Cubesmart and really should have just went somewhere else. Price isn’t everything! It’s better to have your stuff somewhere that you know it’s safe and if you miss a payment you won’t have to worry about them telling everyone that walks in your name and how your unit is for sale. Sad! I truly thought companies have privacy policies in place for these reasons but I guess I was wrong. Please take the time to find a better company with a staff that would be more professional. I never knew these women before this so to know that they would do something like that is not okay. I never knew that I’d have to worry about the storage company telling people my information. After posting my story I received messages from others. This company is horrible
Easy to make payments and good access hours. Only issue is I remember experiencing a couple of payment increases at the beginning, but that seemed to stop after a couple of times. Overall a pleasant experience and the process to move out was very simple.
Akia was wonderful! I have been beyond stressed but she made a huge difference! She was so efficient and made sure I had everything I needed, all with a smile on her face that was so genuine I still knew it was there behind a mask. Thank you for making my move a little less stressful!
