The line was long but it moved quickly! Tiffany was extremely efficient and friendly. She helped me figure out which option was best for my printing needs all while helping other guests and other employees as well! She was handling 3 guests at one time, acknowledging everybody in line, and helping out fellow employees who did not know what to do. She also kept an eye on the self serve area and helped guests when she noticed they were having trouble. It was busy and she rocked it! I don’t usually leave reviews unless I’m upset about something... but Tiffany was great! (The man who cashed me out was awesome, too... unfortunately I don’t remember his name but I was there on 3/10/21 around 3:00pm)

I read many of the negative reviews prior to coming to this Office Depot location. However, it was on my way to work this particular day & thought I would chance it. Let me say it was a positive experience. First, the store has been renovated. Second, the customer service was exceptional. I was even offered an envelope to place all of my printed documents. There were only two ladies in the print department & they did an excellent job not only helping the customers, but even acknowledged those they could not assist immediately. I’m very big on great customer service & they rocked it ud83dudc4c I will definitely be utilizing this Office Depot location more often.

This is the worst place ever, I'm not even exaggerating... took them an hour to get to me and do a fax.. then they dont pay attention to the details you asked for... they're sign in computer didnt even work... this place shouldn't be able operate with such poor customer skills and management

The black lady at the printing booth is lost, rude and incompetant a very bad person to work with, you tell 3 inches she prints one foot, she does not show proof of the work and just use her own judgements as to what the customer needs.nnAssuming everything, does not take time to listen
