I purchased several rooms of furniture in late January 2021. Due to Covid I was advise that delivery for my last piece would be in April. To my surprise everything came sooner than expected . I was kept informed of my furniture every step of the way. This was my first experience with them but I will definitely use them again. Thanks again for your remarkable customer service.
The people at the store were warm and helpful. No pressure on sales. When we received the wrong color of the sofa, they accommodated without a fuss and helped us choose a replacement. Even through the pandemic supply issues, they were responsive and helpful. Got my piece late, but it was worth it. Thank you! Most of our rooms are now outfitted by American Signature.
If I could rate them a 0 star, I would! We are now looking to replace our 2nd sectional from them. The first one broke, with normal use, at just under 1 year of ownership. We were given store credit and got a replacement. Now, that one has also broken, and cannot be fixed. We have had this one only 9months. Now, they are once again giving store credit. I'm sorry, but after getting 2 sectionals that were defective, they should do better than store credit. I want a refund! I don't want another piece of trash furniture from them!
