Excellent customer service with willing and knowledgeable staff. From the moment you enter Rana's door you are greeted with a smile and treated like family. I highly recommend Rana Furniture to anyone who is interested is buying quality furniture and receiving excellent service. I can say I will definitely be coming back for more.
We had a really good experience at this furniture store! Barbara was the kind saleslady that helped us choose things out and although we took a while to decide, I believe more than an hour, she stayed with us helping every step of the way. We eneded up buying two bedroom sets! Very excited! Pleased with the customer service experience!
I just bought my second Temperpedic mattress with Fidel. Love that guy! He's very insightful with shopping for a mattress. One thing I noticed about myself and other clients is that we want our mattress expert to pick our bed and sell it to us. Fidel's the opposite he wants you to pick the bed and he'll give you all the stats you need.
Rana Furniture gallery at Calle 8 Miami has the best team of customer service people ever. I was greeted by Francis and she helped me all the way with my requests showing me everything available and all the options I had. Her manager Minerva is a lovely woman who will expedite whatever is needed. They are all very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this store to everyone who wants great furniture at great prices along with a memorable buying experience.
