Terrible customer service, I get hours are limited due to covid mind you the hours on the website still state 10:00pm with no mention of possible modifications of hours during this time. We arrived at 8:45 and there was a line out the door with two parties inside, again understandable during this pandemic. We patiently waited outside in said line while the girls inside just watched us. Until at 9:00 on the dot the girl comes to the door and states they are closed and we weren’t getting helped. We ended up going to Dairy Queen right next door. Why wouldn’t you help your potential paying customers that you saw clearly waiting in line outside of your store? Even if you had to pay your employees 15 mins of overtime. And when we asked to be helped or the managers information she chuckled and said “go ahead and call the store” knowing they were the only ones there! Stay away! A little customer service goes a long way!

Ordered a shake. Server pulled blender out of the sink. Wiped it with a dirty sponge sitting on the sink. Loaded it with icecream. Then pulled the lid out of the bottom of the sink. Told her I didn't want it because it wasn't sanitary. Server got snotty. Refused to serve me. Said I should have said something earlier. I would give them a negative rating.

Ice cream always looks like someone has been licking on it The Sun Shines directly into the place onto the ice cream unit and they only seem to have a 14 or 15 year old working the counter you would be better off just finding a different location

Love their ice cream. The 31st of the month they have prepacked ice cream on sale in the freezer. They don't always have what you want available. The people working are super nice.nThe last time I went their freezer case was broken, so no prepacked deal. I bought a cone to go and it was freezer burnt. Otherwise it's always good and if you aren't sure what you like beforehand you can try a sample.
