Every time I order to pickup from here its well put together and done in a very timely fashion. Just today, first time I've been back since the quarantine I found out unfortunately that they discontinued the 2 kinds of cookies I like to order, and there orange juice shipment didn't come and they were out. I understand, stuff happens and really wasn't disappointed, but the manager felt bad having to say they don't have these extra bits to go with my sandwich and salad so he tossed in a free chocolate chip cookie! Everyone I've interacted with at this location has excellent customer service, its a pleasure every time I stop by.

Panera bread is almost always excellent. It's a little difficult to spend almost 20 bucks for lunch every time you go. They have good specials. Fresh ingredients. I'm only knocking a star for price to quality ratio. 4.5 stars. Great restuarant.

I love Panera and we did a quick stop to satisfy my need for cheddar brocolli soup. We were waiting for pick up when the cashier came back to notify us of a problem with the order. She offered multiple solutions and gave us free drinks while we waited. She was efficient and friendly and everything was resolved really fast. Great customer service.

Cafe food and the scene at this location is excellent. good place to relax and unwind. certainly worth a return visit. this place has a cool feel to it.

I order rapid pickup and ordered a sandwich and a lemonade. First of all, they gave me half a sandwich and I didn’t pick two. I chose the sandwich only. Whatever that’s done move on. As I was eating my sandwich, I found chicken skin. Like, not a little bit but a giant piece! Gross. So inconvenient!
