I was recommended to this place by a designer. Just had the most surreal experience ever at what I could have considered a medium-high end furniture place. After spending close to 4 thousand dollars on a Leather Sofa Recliner and a Cow Hide Rug, at the delivery, one of the pieces had an issue, so I asked that piece only to be replaced. That would be a standard option on any reputable place, but this one. I got called by a lady, supposely to be in charge, trying to convince me to keep it like that. When I refused, she said it would issue me a refund, because she couldn't guarantee that in their warehouse they would have an impeccable piece. When you order an Italian style piece of furniture, over 2 thousand dollars in price and pay in cash, you deserve nothing but something impeccable. Shame of a place with such a good potential.

This place is great! I subscribed with them for the Realtor program and one of my clients already purchased a beautiful buffet. They have excellent products for very reasonable prices. Silvana is very professional and has an amazing attitude, she made our experience even better. Great company to do business with.
BEWARE WITH THIS STORE. They sold me 2 out of 2 broken furniture pieces and they do not want to be responsible for it after 2 months. They always try to skip calls and make several excuses. Complete Scam artists!!!
Nicole was unbelievable in helping me through the process (purchase and delivery) of buying my new bed. I was in the middle of a move and her assistance and follow up was over the top-- Good! She proactively coordinated with my condo and followed up with texts to keep me posted. I really appreciated this level of service. I even received a text after hours once my bed was delivered to confirm everything was OK and I was happy. That is what I call customer service!
