It’s impossible to work with this company. We area small builder and work in Orlando. We buy through a company here In town that sells their products. Every single project , there are missing cabinets, backorders, etc. They will charge you the full amount for the product and you can be waiting until they decided to deliver. It's been more than a month and we are still waiting. Their delivery dates are never what is expected. It’s impossible to offer this to clients since you never know what you can get or when you will get it. We have another project on hold because of how irresponsible they are. This is my last purchase from them.nI will not recommend working or buying from them.
Amazing company, my contractor disappeared after having my Adornus kitchen for 5 years. I contacted them and they had a delivery of hinges to my house in a few days and even called me to follow up. Thank you!!!
We had a new home built and 4 months after we moved a chunk of stain had come off the top of one the drawers. After searching to find the manufacturer of the cabinet found it to be Adornus, I emailed the company and they sent out a new drawer no questions asked, plus a crayon for future scratches etc. I didn't expect anything out of it so was very surprised by their quick response and quick turnaround. Otherwise we love the cabinets, the quality is exceptional.Thanks Luis.
